A few years ago i did a series of nude photos with toys. I did them mostly with Polaroid and have since misplaced most of them. Last night looking thru an old hard drive i found one. Im not sure if the Tit is an old girlfriend or German model but the Little Guy is a Storm Trooper that I hand painted in Desert Camo. He is Titled Desert Storm Trooper

Caulder and Helicopters: 2 of my Favorites

A few years ago I was commissioned to create a centerpiece for a store that was being designed with a Military theme. I was known for building and painting military models. I had done work for Stash and SSur in the past that had military themes. I came up with the idea to do a Mobile that used helicopters. I did some renderings and one that i saved was this. It was inspired by a Caulder mobile that i liked. Ive always been a big fan of Caulder and loved the way he created something new everyday in his studio and gave a lot of it away to friends and neighbors.

Season 6 BBC ICE CREAM Lookbook

So once again the BBC team has posted a New lookbook. These guys are on point. They crank shit out like no body's business. Not to toot my own horn but fuck it i will toot my own horn...we did so many shots in one day that my eyes were bleeding something like 30 shots which is unheard of in the catalog photo world. Luckily it was a cloudy day in Miami so i didnt have to fight the hard sun.

Hollywood has some sick shit. I found a Porsche Cayenne with a Crane on the roof that was fucking HOT!! I think this was being used on a Mustang Commercial.

Shawn and I did some location scouting in LA yesterday and we came apon Will Smith i think? In the Aquaduct there was a Black Man by himself naked doing laundry. He was fine just letting it all hang out and doing his thing. It was like an LA version of "I am Legend". This is my first real scout of LA. We went to Gang Banger hoods that look like nice suburban homes. You never know what you might find when you look under a rock.

Night Outside the Museum

I was driving around because i could'nt sleep the other night and it started snowing. I decided to drive uptown and i ended up on Central Park West. I found myself in front of The Museum of Natural History. It wouldn't normally be a big deal but it was snowing pretty hard. It was about 6am and no one was around and Radio Head played"There There{The Boney King of Nowwhere}from the Hail to the Theif Album. This song made for an Eerie soundtrack.

I realized that it had been almost 1 year to the day that i had been at the Museum for the Premiere of the Film "Night at the Museum". It was not so much the memory of being at the museum for that event that struck me it was the fact that Central Park and the Street and the Museum were covered in Virgin snow and no one was around. There was a stillness and beauty to the moment. The imagery was remincent to the final scenes of the film when it was late night and the characters from the film had escaped into the snowy streets of CPW and Central Park. I had visited the set for the film in Canada and vividly remember the same feeling. I think I actually saw a Dinosaur foot print in the snow that morning...
